A Night in the Winter of the Revolution

​We're delighted release our French Revolution-set short period drama, A Night in the Winter of the Revolution. When a revolutionary crowd comes knocking at her door, noblewoman Adrienne must choose between her loyalty to the revolutionary cause, her friendship with mayor-turned-mob-leader, and the deathly ill Catholic priest she is sheltering from the anticlericalism stirring across the nation.

A NIGHT IN THE WINTER OF THE REVOLUTION

Revolutionary France in the Winter of 1792-1793: liberal noblewoman Adrienne has decided to harbour a deathly ill Catholic priest as anti-clerical terror begins to stir in Paris. A mob lead by her once fellow-reformer, Marcellin, comes knocking at her door to search for the perceived traitor.

THE SPY BY THE SEA

Set against the backdrop of early 20th-century Cambridge and Denmark, The Spy by the Sea tells the story of Christopher Brythelwaite, an Englishman's Englishman who decides it would be awfully vogueish to become a spy after finishing university, and is quickly sent off on a nonsense mission into a world he does not understand. 

The Spy by the Sea was made possible by the kind support of Inge Wodskou and 7-Kanten, Denmark's largest amateur theatre group.

THE SUN CHILD

The Sun Child is a new short film about the relationship between a young adult and a yurei-like creature they find in their living room one night, and about coming to terms with the weirder things in our lives.

THE SPIRIT OF THE PLACE

Spirit of the Place is a tale of letting go of our childhood, and the mystical things that lie at the border between the city and the pastoral, adolescence and adulthood.

Bright Young Things is a short political drama featuring Chris Born and Joe Shalom, and was featured in the Frostbite International Film Festival's online selection.

​WAITING FOR BOG ROLL

Waiting for Bog Roll is a short comedy written by Lana Crowe and Rosie Best detailing two character's responses to a very dire situation.
